Sweet soy-sesame pork strips with noodles
Pork strips with salted cashew nuts, ginger, shiitake and cucumber.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Grill the pork fillets in 8 min. Until done, turn halfway.

Remove from the pan, brush with the sweet soy sauce and cut into strips.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the ginger and vegetables, except the paksoi, 4 min.

Add the wok sauce and heat for 1 min.

Drain the noodles and mix with the vegetables in the bag.

Boil well and heat for another 1 min. Season to taste with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into rings and chop the cashew nuts roughly. Divide the noodles over deep plates and spread the filet strips over them.

Garnish with the spring onions and cashew nuts.
