Ingredients
Directions
-
Boil the rice with salt, if necessary, for 8 minutes. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan until use.
-
Clean the oranges and grate the orange peel.
-
Peel the oranges and cut the segments of flesh from the membranes, so that you can easily pop out the flesh with your knife.
-
Collect the juice. Cut the flesh into half slices.
-
Cut the spring onions into rings. Mix 2 tbsp orange juice (for 4 people) and the rack and pepper. Mix the dressing with the red cabbage and spread over a bowl.
-
Divide the orange slices and the spring onions.
-
Halve the red pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh of the red pepper and garlic.
-
Mix in a bowl ⅔ of the pepper, the garlic, the rest of the orange juice and the oyster sauce.
-
Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks for 4 min. On medium heat.
-
Turn halfway. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and rest under aluminum foil. Leave the shortening in the pan.
-
In the meantime, remove the stalks and seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into thin strips.
-
Add the rest of the oil in the same frying pan and fry the pepper for 2 minutes.
-
Cut the steaks into thin slices. Spread the rice, paprika, red cabbage salad over the plates and spread the sauce over the steak.
-
Garnish with the rest of the red pepper.
