Schnitzel with white beans in tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork cutlets (unpeeled (2 pieces)), flour, egg (beaten), breadcrumbs, mustard, mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce (in thin strips), butter and white beans in tomato sauce (a 350 g).

Halve the schnitzels, sprinkle with salt and pepper and swirl them through the flour, the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs.

Stir in the mustard with the mayonnaise and 1 tsp water, season with salt and pepper.

Stir the mustard dressing through the iceberg lettuce.

Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the schnitzels in 8-10 min.

Golden brown and done.

Turn them halfway.
