Spaghetti with sausage and tomato

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, remove the skin from the sausages.
  2. Heat a skillet or large frying pan and fry the meat in brown for 3 minutes. Break it with a spatula into pieces.
  3. Chop the onion. Remove the winter carrot and cut into small cubes. Cut the celery into small cubes.
  4. Add the onion, carrot and celery to the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the red pepper very finely and add. If necessary, first remove the seed lists for a less spicy dish.
  6. Add the tomato puree, the water, the herbs and possibly salt and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  7. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Spoon through the sauce and heat for another 1 min. Serve the spaghetti with the sauce.
