Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan.
  2. Fry the onion, garlic, pepper and tomato paste into the shortening.
  3. Add the celery and the carrot and cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and the lemon juice and after 5 minutes the red wine and let boil for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove the pepper before serving and add the parsley. Garnish with basil leaves.
