Seafood with garlic and parsley


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, stew potatoes (1 kg), broken green beans (500 g), lemon, red onions, garlic, olive oil, seafood (frozen, 500 g), paprika, parsley (frozen and 50 g) .

Directions

  1. Potatoes in low water with salt to taste in about 15 minutes.
  2. Cast off.
  3. Green beans in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  5. Cut the lemon into 6 parts.
  6. Peel onions and garlic.
  7. Cut onions into wedges.
  8. Slice the garlic.
  9. 4 tbsp oil in wok heating and stir-fry for 3 min.
  10. Add garlic and fry for 1/2 min.
  11. Remove half from pan and keep separate.
  12. Add seafood (frozen) to onions in stir-fry and stir-fry for 8 minutes.
  13. Add paprika, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 2 slices of lemon above wok squeeze.
  15. Mash potatoes.
  16. Add 4 tbsp oil and add the onion mixture separately.
  17. Spread the puree over 4 plates.
  18. Make a hole in the middle and entrain seafood with liquid.
  19. Add green beans and place lemon on each plate..
