Seafood with tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, red onions (in rings), garlic (in slices), dry white wine, romes ((250 g), halved), mixed seafood ((500 g, frozen), thawed) and chilli pepper (mill).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 4 minutes. Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate on high heat. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 min.
Dab the seafood dry with kitchen paper and add. Heat 4 minutes. Season with salt and chili pepper. Delicious with the Sicilian couscous.
