A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, red onions (in rings), garlic (in slices), dry white wine, romes ((250 g), halved), mixed seafood ((500 g, frozen), thawed) and chilli pepper (mill).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 4 minutes. Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate on high heat. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 min.
  2. Dab the seafood dry with kitchen paper and add. Heat 4 minutes. Season with salt and chili pepper. Delicious with the Sicilian couscous.
