Directions

  1. Cover four cups or glasses on the inside with cling film. Beat the whipped cream and stir the honey through the yogurt.
  2. Put in the whipped cream and raspberries (keep a few aside for garnishing) and scoop up the cups. Put them covered with cling film for about 2 hours in the freezer.
  3. Put the semifreddo just before serving on plates, remove the foil and garnish with the trailed raspberries.
