Cover four cups or glasses on the inside with cling film. Beat the whipped cream and stir the honey through the yogurt.

Put in the whipped cream and raspberries (keep a few aside for garnishing) and scoop up the cups. Put them covered with cling film for about 2 hours in the freezer.

Put the semifreddo just before serving on plates, remove the foil and garnish with the trailed raspberries.
