Sesame beef balls with noodles and bok choy


Juicy sesame beef balls with noodles, pointed pepper and bok choy.

Directions

  1. Bring a pan with the water to the boil. Mix the minced meat with the ketjapmarinadeen some salt. Turn balls with moist hands.
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls through them until they are completely covered with sesame seeds.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls over medium heat for 2 min.
  4. Turn down the heat and fry with the lid on the pan for 7 minutes until done. Times regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, add the noodles and possibly some salt to the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  6. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut finely. Clean the garlic and cut finely.
  7. Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seedings and cut the flesh into half rings.
  8. Cut the salad onion into slanting rings. Wash and cut the bok choy into pieces.
  9. Heat the rest of the oil in the wok or frying pan and stir-fry the ginger, garlic and paprika 2 min.
  10. Add the paksoi, sambal and remainder of the ketjapmarinadetoe and stir-fry 3 min. Scoop the noodles and salad onion through.
  11. Divide the plates and place the balls on them. Serve with extra ketjap if necessary.
