Sesame fish with lemon puree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillets (frozen, bag a 750 g), crisp potatoes, lemon, butter, sunflower oil, sesame seeds (a 45 g), steam vegetables chestnut mushrooms, sugar snaps, carrot and red onion (a 210 g) .

Remove cod fillets from the packaging and allow them to thaw side by side on a large plate or dish.

Peel potatoes, cut in four and bring to a boil in a large pan in a layer of cold water with a little salt.

Put low and cook in 15-20 min.

Lemon broccoli and zest graters.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Mix butter, lemon zest and 3 tsp juice with hot mashed potatoes.

Grind vegetables according to instructions.

Heat oil in large frying pan and fish fillets on one side in 5 min.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt, turn over fish and bake for 1/2 more.

Sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Place fish on plates, cook puree and vegetables next to it.
