Sesame-hoesinkip with broccoli

Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the garlic.

Mix the hoisin sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic, honey and sesame seeds in a bowl. Put the chicken in and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

Let the chicken drain slightly. Keep the marinade. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan in 8 min. Around golden brown and done.

In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain.

Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets. Cook the broccoli florets in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain.

Add the marinade to the chicken and bring to the boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve the noodles with the chicken, marinade and broccoli.
