Directions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the garlic.
  2. Mix the hoisin sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic, honey and sesame seeds in a bowl. Put the chicken in and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
  3. Let the chicken drain slightly. Keep the marinade. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan in 8 min. Around golden brown and done.
  4. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain.
  5. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets. Cook the broccoli florets in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  6. Add the marinade to the chicken and bring to the boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve the noodles with the chicken, marinade and broccoli.
