Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onions from the package glassy.
  2. Add carrot and celeriac and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the stock and stir-fry everything in 8 minutes until done.
  3. Scoop the potatoes, bake them for 2 minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.
