A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: flour, dried yeast (approx. 4 g), salt, coriander, sesame seed, egg, coarsely ground sea salt, oil to grease and flour to pollinate.

Directions

  1. Flour flour, yeast and salt together. Carefully cut the coriander on top. Mix with lukewarm dough with approx. 1 1/2 dl of hand-warm water. Cover the dough in a warm place for approx. 1 hour. Grease the baking sheet with greaseproof paper and grease with oil. Sesame seeds in dry frying pan lightly brown toasted and sprinkle on flat plate. Sprinkle the countertop with flour. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll thin strings of dough. Forming into rings, sticking ends with water. Eat it loose, cover it with rings and get it through sesame seeds. Place the rings on the baking tin and let them rise for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C or gas mark 5. Dust the rings with sea salt and bake until lightly browned in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Cool on a grid. Delicious with mezze or Greek stews.
