Shell pasta with chicken and tomato-rucola salad


Pasta with chicken, green beans, onions and spicy pasta sauce. Tasty with the salad of arugula and cherry tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Bring 2 pans with water to the boil. Meanwhile, peel the onions and cut finely. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion and chicken for 5 min. Add the pasta sauce and bring to the boil while stirring.
  3. Turn the heat down and let it gently simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  4. Once the water has boiled, add the pasta to one of the pans with boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
  5. Meanwhile, wash the beans and remove the stalk.
  6. When the water boils, add the green beans in the other pan, add salt if necessary and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
  7. Meanwhile, wash and halve the tomatoes. Mix with the lettuce and drizzle with the rest of the oil. Season with pepper and salt.
  8. Drain the pasta and green beans. Mix the green beans through the tomato sauce.
  9. Divide the pasta over deep plates and spoon the sauce on it. Serve the tomato-rucola salad.
