Shoarma bread with vegas
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: cucumbers, yogurt (semi-skimmed), mayonnaise, dill (chopped), vegetarian balls (a 210 g), shoarma breads (a 8 pieces), deep-frying oil and garlic (squeezed out).

Heat the frying oil and preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Grate the cucumbers with a coarse grater (or cut into slices) and put them in a bowl with the yoghurt, the mayonnaise, dill and garlic.
