Shoarmatosti with tomato salsa
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper (seed strips removed), olive oil, shoarma meat, tomatoes on the vine (approx. 5 pieces), ketchup, ground cumin (djinten), red onion (finely chopped), lime (clean-scaled), casino bread and young cheese.

Cut the pepper into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat with half of the pepper in about 5 min. Golden brown and done.

Cut the tomatoes in four and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into cubes and mix with the ketchup, cumin and onion. Add the rest of the red pepper. Grate the green skin of the lime and halve the fruit. Add the rasp and squeeze a few drops of juice. Season the salsa with pepper and salt.

Cover 4 slices of bread with the meat and place a slice of cheese on top. Cover with the remaining slices of bread. Grill in the sandwich maker and serve with the salsa. Tasty with cucumber avocado soup.
