Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat half of the butter and fry the pork chops around golden brown.

Add the onions and fry them for 3 minutes. Pour in the beer and stock and simmer for 25 minutes with the lid.

Drill the cores from the apples and cut the apples into slices.

Mix the sugar with the nutmeg and sprinkle the apple slices with it. Heat the rest of the butter and fry the apple slices light brown.

Remove the pork chops from the pan. Tie the cooking juices with diluted cornstarch or all-tie into a sauce.

Serve the meat with the sauce over it and put the apple slices on it. Delicious with stew raw endive.
