Directions

  1. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.
  2. Puree pulp with a hand blender. Stir in the sour cream and lime juice. Slice the dill and chives.
  3. Spoon the chives and dill through the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Fill glasses with the cream and spread the Dutch shrimp over it.
