Shrimp-fish skewers with parsley
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon (scrubbed), garlic, fresh parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), cod fillet (about 300 g), fish spices (canister, 80 g), cocktail shrimp (125 g, chilled) and olive oil.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Squeeze the garlic over a deep plate and pour in the lemon zest and parsley. Cut the cod into 24 cubes and sprinkle with the fish spices. Threw a cocktail stick around 2 pieces of cod and 1 cocktail prawn. Roll the skewers first through the lemon juice and then through the parsley mixture.
