Shrimp in a crispy jacket
Fried shrimps with rice, pak choi, sambal and garlic.

Break the eggs over a bowl, beat and season with salt and pepper. Put the flour and each in a different bowl.

First scoop the shrimps through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the panko.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp in 3 min. Golden brown and crispy. Turn halfway.

Scoop out of the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Keep warm under aluminum foil.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the bok choy, sambal and garlic for 2 minutes on a high heat. Season with the soy sauce.

Add the rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with the soy sauce and (freshly ground) pepper.

Serve the rice-packed mixture with the shrimp.
