A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, olive oil, bay leaf, dried chilli (chillie), coriander, white wine vinegar and pink shrimp (a 125 g).

Directions

  1. Peel onion and cut into rings. Garlic peel and halve. Heat oil in pan and roast onion with garlic and bay leaf on low heat for about 5 minutes. Pepper above it crumble. Coriander coarsely chop. Give vinegar to onion mixture. Stir in the shrimps and coriander and heat for about 3 minutes on low heat. Shrimp the marinade in marinade and put it in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
  2. (Shrimp 30 minutes in advance from refrigerator.) Shrimp in marinade with cocktail sticks as a snack served (for about 8 people) or as a starter with bread and mixed green lettuce with coriander (for 4 people).
