Shrimp tartar
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, Dutch shrimp (a 100 g), zureroom (cup 125 ml), mustard, lemon (scrubbed), pickles (sour, pot 340 g), spring onions (3 pieces) and capers.

Mix the shrimp with the sour cream and the mustard.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon over the shrimp mixture with a fine grater.

Cut the lemon in half and press out 1 half.

Stir in lemon juice with the shrimp mixture.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Store in the refrigerator until use.

Cut the pickles into tiny cubes, cut 2 bunched onions into thin rings and the third in long strips.

Spoon 1/4 of the shrimp mixture into a glass dish, place a plate on top and turn it over carefully.

Garnish with a bar of spring onion.

Place some pickles, capers and rings of spring onions next to each shrimp tartlet.

Serve with roasted slices of baguette and any extra mustard..
