Directions

  1. Dab the shrimps dry. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry hot frying pan and set aside.
  2. Heat half of the oil and stir-fry the prawns until they are light pink. Remove them from the wok.
  3. Add the rest of the oil and stir-fry the pepper, ginger, spring onions and cabbage for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and the sherry and heat for a moment. Season to taste with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the noodles with the noodles simultaneously according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Serve the dish sprinkled with the coriander and the sesame seed, with the noodle mihoen.
