Easy recipe for minced meat with onion and mushrooms. Served with rice.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the minced meat in 5 minutes. Cut the onion in half rings and the mushrooms in quarters. Add the onion to the minced meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato paste, mushrooms, cloves, vinegar, the stock tablet and the water. Stir through, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cook gently for 15 minutes on low heat.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Serve the rice with the gehakthachee. Tasty with green beans.
