                                Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the minced meat in 5 minutes. Cut the onion in half rings and the mushrooms in quarters. Add the onion to the minced meat and cook for 5 minutes.
 - 
                                Add the tomato paste, mushrooms, cloves, vinegar, the stock tablet and the water. Stir through, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cook gently for 15 minutes on low heat.
 - 
                                Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Serve the rice with the gehakthachee. Tasty with green beans.
