Let the seafood thaw.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chorizo into cubes.

Heat the oil in a large pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.

Add the rice and the chorizo and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the chicken broth and tomato cubes and bring it to the boil. Let the rice cook according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the seafood through the rice and leave for 5 minutes with the lid on the pan on a low heat until the seafood is thoroughly hot.
