Cut the potato into cubes of 1/2 cm and boil for 10 minutes in water with salt. Drain and let cool.

Boil the peas for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Slice the ham. Mix the potato, peas and ham with the mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt.

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Peel them and cut into quarters.

Cut 8 slanted slices of bread. Brush them on both sides with oil. Heat the grill pan. Grill the bread 4 minutes. Turn halfway.

Halve the garlic clove and rub the slices.

Divide the salad over the bread. Put a quarter egg on it and stick with a tapas stick.
