Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of 1/2 cm (brunoise). Boil 10 minutes in water with salt. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley, chop the onion and halve the garlic cloves. Squeeze half of the garlic cloves and beat the eggs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and 1 clove of garlic for 6 minutes. Fry the potato for 2 minutes. Add the parsley, eggs, pepper and salt and cover.
  5. Bake 6 minutes on low heat. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  6. Cut 12 slanted slices of bread. Brush with oil, grate approx. 8 min. Turn halfway. Rub the bread with the rest of the garlic.
  7. Cut the omelet into 12 points. Stick on the bread with a stick.
