Pita bread with goat cheese and nut mix
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts, sesame seeds, shoarma breads (pre-fried), goat cheese (fresh (approx. 75 g)), liquid (honey), ground coriander (ketoembar), dried mint and salt.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Chop hazelnuts.

Fry hazelnuts and sesame seed in a dry frying pan for about 5 minutes on a low heat.

Meanwhile, halve rolls to halve moons.

Cut in rolls from the middle until pockets are formed.

Slice goat's cheese each cut into 4 pieces.

Fill half rolls with cheese.

Drip with honey.

Roll up the sandwiches with the opening upwards between ridges of the grate about 20 cm and grill for about 2 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.

Stir coriander, fresh mint and salt by mixing nuts.

Sprinkle nut mixture over cheese.

Serve immediately..
