Chop the hazelnuts into coarse pieces. Toast the oatmeal and hazelnuts in a dry frying pan, stirring until golden brown. Stir in the maple syrup and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Divide the mixture directly with a spatula over the parchment paper and allow to cool.

Halve the grapes. Spoon the bowls and mix the grapes. If necessary, make the crunch a bit finer with a fork. Sprinkle the crunch over the skyr.
