Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the chopped flour.

Fry the onion and garlic for 1 min. Add the tomato puree and cook for 1 min. Add the cinnamon and the water. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the sauce for 5 minutes. Cut the aubergines into slices. Boil the aubergine slices in boiling water with salt for 1 min. Drain and drain.
