Smashed potatoes
A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (bag 1 kg), butter, salmon fillet ((frozen), thawed), olive oil, fine mustard, honey, dried thyme and spinach (a 300 g).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Put the potatoes in the microwave dish and cover them with microwave foil. Puff the potatoes for 15 minutes in the microwave at full power (700 watts). Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Crush them with the rolling pin. Place on a griddle covered with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven.

Dab the salmon dry. Cut into pieces of 2 cm. Mix with 1 tbsp oil, the mustard, honey, thyme and pepper and salt to taste. Stick to pricks.
