Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Put the smokers in a bowl and pour in as much water as possible. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the carrot and cut into long thin strips of ½ cm thick (julienne). Boil for 3 minutes in water. Drain and drain well.

  8. Cover the bottom halves of the rolls with the raw vegetables. Divide the carrot and season with the rest of the tabasco.
