Light the barbecue. Put the smokers in a bowl and pour in as much water as possible. Let it soak for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the carrot and cut into long thin strips of ½ cm thick (julienne). Boil for 3 minutes in water. Drain and drain well.

Let the wood chips drain and put in the smoke tray. Remove the grill from the barbecue and place the container between the coals. Put the grid back.

Put the carrot in the grill bowl and grill for 10 minutes on the barbecue grill.

Meanwhile, mix the ketchup, kitchen syrup, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, paprika powder, mustard and tabasco in a saucepan. Press the garlic above it.

Bring the sauce over medium heat to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Mix the carrot through the sauce. Cut the white bread halfway and let the raw food mix drain. Mix the raw vegetables with the red cabbage.

Cover the bottom halves of the rolls with the raw vegetables. Divide the carrot and season with the rest of the tabasco.
