Peel the kiwis and cut into quarters. Cut the avocados half way through, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Put the kiwi and avocado with the water in the blender and let it run.

Add the lamb's lettuce hand by hand while the blender is running. Add the basil and possibly some water if the smoothie is too thick.

Divide the smoothie over 4 glasses and serve.
