Additional requirements: Blender.

Cut the banana into slices.

Put the frozen strawberries with the slices of banana, cranberry juice and yogurt in the blender.

Put the lid on and switch the blender on to the highest setting.

Mix everything into a nice smoothie in three minutes.

Pour the smoothie into large tall glasses and sprinkle the cruesli and cranberries on top.
