Knead the minced meat well with the soy sauce, the herbs, the spring onion and the egg and add as much breadcrumbs as needed to get a solid minced meat mixture.

Shape small balls of this. Roll the balls through the sesame and let them stiffen in the fridge for half an hour.

Heat the oil and fry the balls around brown and cooked. Serve them immediately.
