Soft tacos with minced meat and paprika
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, paprika mix (3 pieces, red, yellow and green), onions, oil, minced beef, corn kernels (300 g), taco seasoning mix (35 g), gorditas (8 pieces, 272 g) and iceberg lettuce (200 g).

Cut the peppers into quarters, remove seed and seeds.

Cut a quarter of each pepper finely, cut the rest into strips.

Chop a half onion very finely, cut the rest in half rings.

Fry the onion rings and pepper strips in the oil for 3 minutes, cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.

Fry the minced meat with the finely chopped bell peppers, the onions and the corn.

Add the taco seasoning mix according to the instructions on the package.

Warm the gordita's according to the instructions on the package.

At the table divide the iceberg lettuce over the gordita's, scoop up the corn mince.

Fold the gordita's double and serve the stewed peppers separately..
