Turkey breast with a lemon crust
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, (old) white bread, lemon, egg, turkey breast à la minute and olive oil.

Roast the bread and grind it in the food processor.

Clean the lemon and grate off the yellow skin.

Mix the lemon zest with the bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper and spoon the mixture onto a plate.

Beat the egg and pour it on another plate.

Paneer the turkey fillets by first pulling them through the egg and then through the lemon bread crumbs.

Heat the olive oil in the frying pan and fry the turkey breast on each side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.

Sprinkle some lemon juice over the crispy fried fillets.
