Tagliatelle with artichoke and thyme
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle, olive oil, red onion (in rings), artichoke hearts ((a 400 g), drained and halved), white wine, fresh thyme (leaves) and cheese (pecorino).

Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the pasta.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings.

Add the artichoke hearts and bake for 5 minutes.

Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes.

Then pour in the tagliatelle and the thyme leaves.

Season with salt and pepper.

Scrape the pecorino over the dish and serve immediately..
