Soup of yellow pepper with cucumber and trout
Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion for about 2 minutes.
Put the pepper and the paprika powder through and bake for 2 minutes.
Pour in the stock and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Puree the soup. Mix the cucumber, red pepper and trout through it.
Sprinkle the soup before serving with the basil.
