A tasty soup with vegetables and richly filled with balls.

Directions

  1. Pour the water into a soup pot. Add the bouillon cubes and put the pan on the fire, until the water boils.
  2. Put it half-to-half minced in a bowl.
  3. Add nutmeg, a little pepper and possibly a little salt.
  4. Knead the mince with your hands and divide into small pieces.
  5. Put the balls in the soup. Add the soup vegetables and let the soup stand for 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. In the meantime, cut the spring onions and add them to the soup. Stir well and then scoop.
