Directions

  1. Slice the garlic, the onion into thin rings and the meat into pieces. Make a marinade of the oil, garlic, paprika and oregano.
  2. Mix through the pork tenderloin, cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the meat with the onion and oil on the grill plate of the gourmet set or in a pan in 5 minutes until done. Turn around regularly.
