Celeriac with pesto of walnuts and Parmesan cheese.

Peel the celeriac. Cut it in half and the halves in thin slices.

Mix a large pinch of salt through the flour and then pass the celeriac. Shake off the excess flour.

Heat the sunflower oil in parts in a frying pan and fry the celeriac in parts in 3 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway, drain.

Make celery, parmesan, walnuts, garlic and olive oil with the food processor or hand blender.

Serve the pesto at the celeriac. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts. Bon appétit! .
