Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the broccoli florets for 10 min. On medium heat.

Grate the ginger. Add the snow peas and ginger and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce.

Meanwhile, put the cashew nuts in the food processor and grind almost fine. Put in a deep plate.
