Fry the bacon cubes in a dry frying pan until they are almost crispy. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente.

Add the chicken strips to the bacon and stir fry at medium height for about 2 minutes.

Add the garlic, Provencal herbs and oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Finally add the cooking cream and bring to the boil.

Spoon the spaghetti well through the cream sauce and if necessary season with salt and pepper. Garnish with arugula.
