Spaghetti tuna sauce


Easy pasta with onion, garlic, eggplant, tomato, oregano and tuna. Perfect for a busy day.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Slice the garlic. Cut the aubergine into cubes. Heat the oil and fry the onion with the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the eggplant and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato cubes and oregano and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the tuna and continue for another 2 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. Divide the pasta over the plates and spoon the sauce on it. Tasty with arugula.
