Pumpkin stew with fish
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, coconut milk, red pepper (finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), turmeric, fresh ginger, carrot (grated), full yoghurt, fish stock (of tablet), pumpkin (diced), seawool fillets ( in coarse pieces), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), chopped finely) and spring onions (in rings).

Mix coconut milk with red pepper, cumin, turmeric and ginger.

Create yogurt through it.

Fry in pan broth and pumpkin cubes covered for 10 minutes.

Pull the fish through the pumpkin and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Take the pan of fire and gently cook coconut-yoghurt mixture through pumpkin.

Season with salt.

Take a pan of fire.

Decorate the court with coriander and spring onions..
