Naan bread with fish curry
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, naan bread with dried tomatoes (pack a 2 pieces), onion, red pepper, cod fillet (a ca. 225 g), sunflower oil, Korma Curry Base Coriander and Coconut (a 80 g) and crushed green beans ( freezer 450 g).

Directions

heat flat bread according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Sweet pepper, clean and cut into pieces.

Cut cod in 2 to 2 1/2 cm pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Add the pepper and onion and fry for about 2 minutes.

Add bags of korma curry and fry approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Add 400 ml of water while stirring.
-
Add green beans and simmer for about 3 minutes on low heat.

Add fish and simmer for approx.
-
5 minutes.

Serving curry with flat bread..
