Spaghetti vongole
Pasta dish with spaghetti and vongole, garlic, parsley, shallot, chilli flakes, tomato cubes and white wine.

Remove the shells that are broken and rinse the rest of the fan coil in cold water. Slice the garlic and parsley. Chop the shallot.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, shallot and chilli flakes for 1 min.

Add the tomato cubes, pepper and salt and cook for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Add the vongole and wine to the tomato sauce and fry for 4 minutes on a high heat. Shake the pan regularly.

Drain the pasta and mix with the parsley through the vongole. Heat 2 min. Spread over 4 deep plates and serve. Yummy! .
