Beef pie
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, flour (extra for dusting), butter (diced), eggs, steak (approx. 345 g), olive oil, sweet pointed peppers (2 pieces), shoulder ham (about 160 g) and leeks (in rings).

Put 450 g flour with the butter in a bowl and put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Beat 2 eggs with 2 tbsp ice cold water and put in the refrigerator until use.

Mix the flour and butter granularly in the food processor. Pour the egg into a cohesive ball while turning. Add possibly. 1 or 2 tbsp water. Form a ball, cover with foil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Cut the meat into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 1 min on a high heat. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Cut the peppers and the ham into strips. Stir-fry the leeks and peppers in the same pan for 1 min. Add the rest of the flour and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Combine the ham, steak, pepper and salt with the heat.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough on a floured sheet. Cut 2 circles of Ø 30 cm. Place 1 circle on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Scoop the filling and cover with the other circle. Stick the edges with water. Decorate with dough stars, brush with beaten egg and pierce holes. Bake golden brown in about 20 minutes.
