Spaghetti with chestnut mushrooms
Pasta con funghi with chestnut mushrooms, parsley and broccoli.
Cut the chestnut mushrooms fine. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 15 min. On medium heat.
Slice the parsley. Add the water, the mix and half of the parsley. Bring to the boil and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Cook the broccoli in 5 minutes until al dente.
Scoop the broccoli through the sauce. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.
